With a bright straw yellow color, with delicate greenish nuances and fine perlage, it has an intense nose rich in fruity and floral aromas of yellow pulp fruit and white flowers. Fresh, delicate, balanced, with a very light note of sweet almond in the finish. Excellent as an aperitif or throughout the meal, with light Mediterranean dishes.
