Light ruby red with purple reflections, with a lively foam and an insistent perlage. The nose reveals a luxuriant, fragrant and aromatic bouquet, characterized by clear hints of ripe red fruit and dried rose. On the palate it is sweet, soft, delicate, very persistent.

At the end of the meal, it accompanies strawberries, berries, and dried fruit; walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, figs. Excellent with any type of chocolate.
