About this event

On the 14th of November join us for an Exclusive TasteVino Sommelier event @lucale, one of the highest rated Italian restaurants in Hong Kong, run by two Italian chefs that have prepared an exclusive, one time menu for the event.

We will present 10 high-level wines, red, white and orange, that will be paired with the entries, with pairings that were prepared and studied by Italian sommelier John Pesci, with over 30 years of experience in wine tasting, who will co-host the night!

Some of the wines have just arrived in Hong Kong for the first time, so this will be the best chance to be among the first ones to try them!

The menu contains duly crafted dishes that reinvent the italian eating traditions:

• Thin Slice Warm Baby Cuttlefish with Pistachio Cream, Quinoa and Toasted Almond
• Homemade Chitarra Style Spaghetti with Sea Urchin, Crean of Green Peas & crispy pork cheek

• Slow cooked beef cheek with celery Root cream and caramelized Kumquat
