About this event

“Sicily is Italy’s southernmost region, and the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. For more than 2500 years Sicily (Sicilia in Italian) has been a significant center of Mediterranean viniculture, although the reputation and style of its wines has changed significantly over that time.”

In this “Innocell special” wine tasting event we are going to explore four different wines from the line “Bellifolli” from sicilian producer Valle dell’Acate. A set of two reds and two whites were created to reinvent the long tradition of the sicilian wines, using classic grapes like Nero d’Avola and less known ones like Insolia.

The event will last around two hours, with a short presentation about Sicily’s peculiar history and wine landscape followed by the group tasting accompanied by some tasty cheese.

Specific glasses will be provided and will be delivered to the room at the start of the event. They will be taken back at the end of the event.
