Aglianico Sannio Doc 2017 Mustilli – I Classici

Ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is intense; hints of black and red fruit dominate, followed by those of toasted spices, black pepper and myrtle. On the palate it is dry, savory, decidedly tannic, with a full and balanced body.

After a fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation, the Sannio Aglianico DOC “I Classici” of the Mustilli winery is aged in steel and, to a lesser extent, in French oak tonneaux, for about 6 months. An elegant and decisive red, it stands out for its peculiar personality, all to be discovered.
