Cabernet franc is a noble Bordeaux vine that has settled very well in the Friulian lands, in particular in the Grave. It is a vine that produces clusters with medium-sized berries, with a thick dark blue, almost black skin. We proceed to the vinification at advanced maturation, to avoid that the vegetal notes typical of the vine are too unripe and intrusive. It is a wine with good structure and body, characterized by important tannins and the characteristic aroma of tomato leaf and pepper.
