The color is a more intense ruby, slightly darker. The bouquet ranges from floral violets to ripe red fruit and jam notes in some notes. Elegance reigns both on the nose and especially on the palate where acidity and tannin are subdued, almost as if to naturally balance a medium structure. Everything plays on the edge of perfection: when the mineral and savory touch appears, the sip takes on a fantastic verticality. A fantastic year and the best is yet to come.
