Barolo Ravera is the first wine with which Sara gave life to the new brand, it shows a classic garnet color of medium depth, an intense and complex bouquet, with notes of dried roses and violets, licorice wood, plum, cherry, orange, juniper, bay leaf, powder, light tobacco, star anise, earth, clove shades; the more the minutes pass, the more the aromas are balanced, offering a beautiful Montfortian fresco of remarkable elegance.
In the mouth it reveals a certain sweetness and a refined tannin, well calibrated, balsamic and silky stamp, it spreads out without difficulty leaving room for composite fruit and spices, the hot vintage expresses its best sides in the right fruit ripeness and in a roundness that it already makes it really enjoyable, without losing the qualities for a long evolution. First vintage that already leaves its mark, another woman of wine that will bring added value to this fascinating but complex world.
