Wine obtained from 100% Vermentino grapes harvested in the Alghero area (north-east of Sardinia).

Colour: straw yellow with light greenish reflections.

Bouquet: vinous, balanced, but well expressed with a fresh fragrance reminiscent of ripe apple.

Taste: dry without harshness, fresh and slightly lively, very harmonious, with a measured aftertaste of almond which is rightly persistent.

Serving temperature: 8 ° and 10 ° C

Pairings Excellent also as an aperitif, it goes well with fish-based preparations, both first and second courses and vegetables.
