Friulano Isonzo DOP 2019

The Friulano Dolée white wine from the Vie di Romans winery is obtained using only Tocai Friulano grapes. The vineyards are located on the hills around the municipality of Mariano del Friuli, in the province of Gorizia, on calcareous and clayey soils particularly rich in mineral salts. This characteristic, together with the excellent microclimatic conditions, ensures the production of excellent grapes. For 40 years, the winery has been producing unique wines that have made it a real point of reference in the wine sector. To obtain the Friulano Dolée wine, all phases of the production cycle are treated with the utmost attention. During the harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and then sent to fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. It then moves on to maturation on yeasts and refinement in the bottle. The result is a refined and delicate white wine, with an intense aroma, with a light fruity aftertaste. Ideal to combine with elaborate and structured fish dishes.
